1.Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit.
_x000D_ 2.Handling compensation & benefits negotiations and administration.
_x000D_ 3.Enhancing policies & strategies for greater operational effectiveness & man power deployment.
_x000D_ 4.Identifying scope & working on change management.
_x000D_ 5.Modifying & implementing various compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
_x000D_ 6.Responsible for effective salary & payroll administration, annual increment, bonus and other statutory liabilities pertaining to employees.
_x000D_ 7.Counselling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction Survey & community development activities.
_x000D_ 8.Initiating rewards & recognition programmers and implementing incentive system for motivating employees.
_x000D_ 9.Executing recruitment sourcing and refining.
_x000D_ 10.Facilitating internal and external training programs.
