Role Overview

Manage end-to-end HR operations for a large, distributed blue-collar and white-collar workforce. Drive payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and employee engagement across 15+ states.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and attrition management for 500+ headcount
Ensure ESI, PF, gratuity, and labour law compliance across all states
Drive payroll processing accuracy and grievance redressal
Partner with operations to manage manpower deployment planning

Requirements

MBA HR or MSW with 5+ years in HR operations
Prior experience in security/facility management/construction sector preferred
Deep knowledge of PF, ESI, Shops Establishments Act
Strong Excel / HRIS skills
