Job Description
Independently manage end-to-end HR and Admin operations. Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and salary coordination. Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and Factory Act compliance.Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Factory Compliance, and Statutory Compliance. Hands-on experience in Statutory Audits and HR Audits.
