HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations at our Hosur plant. The role includes Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Handle onboarding, induction, employee lifecycle, and exit processes.
• Implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and manage HR operations.
• Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), appraisals, and goal setting.
• Identify training needs and organize technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
• Plan employee engagement activities and resolve employee grievances.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports on recruitment, attrition, training, and other HR metrics.
• Partner with business leaders to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Core HR, PMS, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
