Position: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources

Experience: 8 years & above

CTC- Upto 20 LPA
Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital Industry

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Doctors, Surgeons, Nursing, Pharmacists, Patient Care, Sales, IT, Front Desk & other hospital staff
• Develop hiring strategies for niche and critical healthcare roles
• Manage onboarding, induction & employee engagement initiatives
• Design and implement KPI-driven Performance Management System (PMS)
• Conduct performance reviews, appraisals & employee feedback processes
• Handle employee relations, grievance management & retention activities
• Coordinate training & development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
• Ensure smooth HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination & documentation
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, HR policies & hospital regulations
• Track HR metrics including attrition, hiring TAT & engagement scores

Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in Hospital / Healthcare HR operations
• Hands-on experience in recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & Apna
• Strong communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills
• Experience working closely with promoters/management preferred
• Languages Known: Telugu, English & Hindi
