Role & responsibilities

End-to-end coordination and onboarding
Employee lifecycle management
Payroll coordination and HR administration
Performance management and employee engagement
HR policies and compliance
Attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Employee relations and grievance handling
Training and development coordination
HR reporting and MIS

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions
