Job Description
Partner with the Country Manager to establish and scale WirelessCar s new India office, ensuring they have the right people, capabilities, and processes in place.
- Design, implement and foster a strong local culture that is fully aligned with WirelessCar s values and ways of working.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activities, hiring strategies, and employer branding efforts in India.
- Manage all HR operations and systems, including SAP, SuccessFactors, and other relevant HR tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Acting as the sole HR point of contact in India driving smooth and compliant HR processes, ensuring effective communication and coordination between local operations and global HR/People teams.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits, payroll coordination and adherence to all India Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
- Contribute actively to our Global People & Culture team, working together to build and sustain an Employer of Choice for all WirelessCar employees worldwide.

Qualification & Experience
- An MBA and 8+ years of broad HR experience, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
- In-depth understanding of India Labor Laws and HR compliance.
- Expertise in Compensation & Benefits in India and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and what attracts and retains Talent in India.
- Proven experience with HR systems, especially SuccessFactors and SAP.
- Experience in a global organization with cross-cultural collaboration and experience with Nordic companies is beneficial.
- Experience in setting up and expanding a new office in India is highly valued especially if you have managed rapid growth while creating a strong, people-centric culture and robust HR practices.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
