Job Description Position Summary
The HR Service Agent Learning & Training is responsible for processing training-related requests, supporting learning administration activities, maintaining training records, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role focuses on accurate and timely execution of training processes, data quality management, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process training requests and learning administration activities within defined timelines.
- Manage and document requests using HR systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), ticketing tools, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare, maintain, and update training and HR-related documentation.
- Provide guidance and support on learning and training processes through approved communication channels.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to maintain accurate learning records.
- Resolve process issues, manage escalations, and ensure effective closure of service requests.
- Handle service quality concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Report system-related incidents and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Participate in HR and Learning & Development projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience or exposure to HR Operations, Learning Administration, Shared Services, or Employee Services is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
