Job Description
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Job Posting & Campaign Management: Create and manage compelling job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring visibility and alignment with hiring needs and MCS branding goals.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit, while aligning with job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Manage and schedule candidate interviews with the Business team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both interviewers and candidates.
- Offer Management: Support the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages, managing expectations, and ensuring timely communication throughout.
