About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Freshers with a B.E./B.Tech background in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering who are passionate about starting a career in Non-IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. This is a great opportunity for engineering graduates who want to pivot into HR, staffing, and recruitment leveraging their technical understanding to hire for Non-IT domains such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and more.

No prior recruitment experience is required just a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a go-getter attitude!

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for Non-IT roles through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Understand client/hiring manager requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate database/ATS regularly
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and TAT (turnaround time)

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering (Freshers welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people and networking
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn Non-IT recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
