Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and updating ATS records.
• Onboard new hires by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation schedules, and facilitating welcome kits.
• Support payroll and attendance tracking by maintaining accurate employee records and liaising with finance.
• Administer HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and policy handbooks under supervision.
• Coordinate internal employee engagement initiatives and office culture programs.
• Assist the HR team in maintaining compliance with local labor laws and statutory filings.
