Role & responsibilities

• Identifying the manpower requirement as per the budget.
• Strategically use various channels of recruitment such as social media, employee referrals, campus drives for closures.
• Pre-recruitment visits to Colleges /Govt. Employment Office Visits/Govt. Skill Development centers.
• Stakeholder management both internal & external.

Preferred candidate profile

• We are looking for Graduate candidates with 1-2 years of recruitment experience for this role.
• Good Communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment.
• Good at Planning & Execution.
• Excellent at stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of MS office.
• Should be flexible to travel extensively in rural areas.
