HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)

Role Summary

The HR Executive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, statutory compliance coordination, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an Engineering, EPC, Manufacturing, MEP, or Construction company and be passionate about recruitment and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding and induction, employee files and HR documentation.
• Track attendance, leave, and probation.

Statutory Compliance

• Working knowledge of PF and ESIC processes.

HR Process Improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
• Graduate with relevant HR experience may also apply

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of HR experience in an EPC, Engineering, Manufacturing, MEP, or Construction company.
