HR Executive - Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR professional to independently manage end-to-end recruitment and key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring experience, good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations,Technology and other functions.
• Understand hiring requirements and create suitable job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, collect feedback and manage offer discussions.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation and induction.
• Manage attendance, leave records.
• Track probation confirmations and maintain employee records.
• Address routine employee queries and support engagement activities.
• Coordinate resignations, exit formalities and relieving documentation.
• Provide regular hiring and HR updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for Sales and Marketing roles.
• Practical exposure to onboarding, attendance, leave and exit processes.
• Good knowledge of job portals.
• Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High ownership, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Must be willing to work from the Chennai office.
