Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.

• Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) process and support performance appraisal activities.
• Coordinate with department heads and managers for manpower requirements and employee performance reviews.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee records.
• Support HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and MIS.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

• 3----6 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and PMS.
• Experience in the Manufacturing or Textile industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and performance management processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities and work independently.
