About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with 4–5 years of experience in the Infrastructure Development, Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and workforce management while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate hiring.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Work closely with project teams to fulfill manpower requirements across project sites.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4–5 years in HR, preferably in Infrastructure Development, Construction.
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
