Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Post job openings on various job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., and manage portal databases effectively.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records accurately.
• Handle HR operations, including onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
