Role & responsibilities :

Ability to learn HR processes and practices and support various sub functions in HR Operations & Talent Acquisition

• Induction & Onboarding
• Payroll Management
• Training & Development
• Visa & Immigration
• Business Communication

HR - Talent Acquisition

Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to understand & participate in Recruiting which include but are not limited to;

• Sourcing
• Screening
• Managing & Co-coordinating interviews
• Creating a qualified talent pool (Candidates, Vendors, Contractors, Freelancers)

Preferred candidate profile :

• MBA (HR)/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Business and Digital Acumen
• Quick learner with ability to adapt and work in high pressure situations
• Excellent Business Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
