HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and assist in hiring decisions.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
• Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Generate HR reports and MIS as required.

Employee Engagement

• Organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
• Assist in performance management and employee development programs.

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
• Support statutory compliance and labor law requirements.
• Assist in audits and documentation related to HR compliance.

HR Administration

• Maintain personnel files and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for HR-related activities.
• Support various HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
