HR - Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for civil engineering roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.

• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of civil engineering professionals and clients.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the civil engineering industry.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
• Provide advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and industry requirements.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related tasks as required.

Minimum experience: Minimum1-2 Year of experience after Graduate in any stream.
