Job Description
Arni Medica is a leading medical device manufacturer specializing in contract manufacturing, new product development, and the high-quality production of nephrology and healthcare products.
We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Human Resources (HR) team as HR Executives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR support functions within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilites
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes for technical, production, QA, QC, regulatory, and support roles in medical device manufacturing.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with department heads, including Production, QA, QC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Engineering teams.
- Support onboarding processes by ensuring completion of statutory, HR, and ISO-required documentation before employee deployment.
- Maintain and update employee master data, training records, competency matrices, and authorization records as per ISO 13485 requirements.
- Assist in attendance management, shift planning support, overtime records, and leave tracking for manufacturing personnel.
- Coordinate employee induction programs covering GMP, ISO 13485 awareness, EHS, cleanroom practices, and company policies.
- Support training coordination, including training need identification, scheduling internal/external trainings, maintaining training effectiveness records, and audit-ready documentation.
- Assist in maintaining HR-related controlled documents, SOPs, formats, and records in alignment with ISO 13485 document control procedures.
- Support internal, external, and surveillance audits by maintaining manpower records, training files, qualification documents, and audit evidence.
- Assist in compliance with labor laws, factory acts, ESI, PF, contract labor regulations, and statutory requirements applicable to medical device manufacturing units.
- Coordinate with QA for employee qualification, re-training, and change impact assessments related to process or SOP updates.
- Support employee health check-ups, vaccination records, and fitness-for-work documentation as required by regulatory and safety norms.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, safety programs, quality awareness campaigns, and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare HR-related MIS, audit reports, training dashboards, and presentations for management review meetings.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll inputs, training, and compliance under the guidance of senior HR personnel.
- Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and traceability of HR and training records as per ISO 13485 and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Fresh graduate
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
