Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR team at the Head Office / Regional Office to ensure alignment of HR

policies, procedures, and initiatives with branch office requirements.

Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing suitable profiles, pre screening,

scheduling interviews, and conducting pre- and post-joining formalities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees at the Chennai office, promptly

addressing their queries and concerns and effectively communicating that to the respective

reporting manager.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel

reservations, visa processing, travel insurance, forex, and itinerary preparation.

Supervise Admin and Housekeeping assistants, ensuring their duties are carried out

efficiently.

Coordinate with hiring managers, recruitment consultants, and candidates to ensure timely

closure of positions.

Manage employee car leasing requests and coordinate with vendors for quotations,

documentation, and agreement processing.

Process HR and Admin-related invoices, obtain approvals, and coordinate with Finance for

timely vendor payments.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview

coordination, offer rollout, onboarding, and recruitment MIS.

Manage employee onboarding, background verification (BGV), employee referrals, ID card

and visiting card issuance, and maintain employee records.

Maintain HR and administrative records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with

company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to provide timely support for

HR and administrative activities.

Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
