HR Executive / HR Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1-5 years of experience, preferably in the education sector, to manage HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
• Generate HR reports and maintain data in HRMS/ERP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 1-5 years of HR experience, preferably in schools or educational institutions.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS/ERP and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
