Key Responsibilities: PF & ESIC registration & filing, UAN creation/activation, payroll processing, statutory & labour law compliance, HR documentation, MIS reporting, coordination with consultants/government portals, and audit & compliance supportEligibility: Graduate/MBA (HR) preferred with 2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance & Payroll. Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, UAN, statutory compliance, MS Excel, HRMS, & good communication skills
