Position: Executive / Sr. Executive - HR Compliance
Department: Human Resources
Location: Sector 43, Gurugram
Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Executive with 24 years of experience in the hospital industry to oversee and ensure compliance with statutory labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining statutory records, handling compliance audits, and supporting HR operations while ensuring adherence to legal and organizational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage compliance related to:
    • EPF
    • ESIC
    • Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
    • Bonus
    • Gratuity
    • Shops & Establishment Act
    • CLRA (where applicable)
    • Contract Labour Compliance
  • Liaise with government authorities, labor inspectors, and statutory consultants.
  • Support internal and external compliance audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and reports.
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and compliance documentation in HRMS.
  • Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Coordinate contractor compliance, including verification of licenses, wage registers, attendance, and statutory deposits.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital accreditation requirements (NABH) and HR-related documentation.
  • Monitor employee onboarding, background verification, documentation, confirmations, and separation processes from a compliance perspective.
  • Support disciplinary proceedings and ensure documentation complies with labor laws.
  • Prepare periodic compliance dashboards and MIS reports for management.
  • Conduct awareness sessions for employees on HR policies and statutory compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of relevant HR Compliance experience in a hospital/healthcare organization (Mandatory).
  • Experience in handling statutory compliance and labor law documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with EPF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Bonus, and Gratuity compliance.
  • Familiarity with NABH standards and hospital HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
  • Excellent documentation and record management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working in NABH-accredited hospitals.
  • Immediate joiner or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
