HR Compliance Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the IT services & consulting sector.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and processes to maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions plans.
• Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues and improve overall employee engagement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in HR Compliance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and processes.
