HR Business Partner - People & Development

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner with 4-5 years of experience to work closely with business leaders and stakeholders.

Objectives aligned to this role:

The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to align business objectives with employees and management, driving organizational performance and employee engagement.

What would you do?

Employee Engagement:

• Regular connect with employees across levels and engage them via SKIPs, 1 on 1s and floor walks to ensure presence and know pulse on floor
• Manage employee relations matters with sensitivity and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive work environment by implementing policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Performance Management:

• Drive performance management exercise for respective business unit.
• Guide managers in performance review processes and employee development plans.
• Analyze and address performance gaps by providing actionable feedback and interventions.
• Facilitate regular feedback and career pathing for the teams.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

• Leverage HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the business unit.
• Provide reports on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover and engagement levels.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in HR or related field from a reputed college/ university.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup or product environments.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
