Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while driving people strategy, operational excellence, and team leadership. This role will be responsible for managing a team of HRBPs/HR professionals, owning end-to-end HR deliverables, and enabling business success through data-driven insights, workforce planning, and proactive interventions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, leadership capability, and a hands-on approach to managing both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with Business Unit Heads and Leadership Teams to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building aligned to business growth.
- Act as a thought partner on change management, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to influence decision-making.
2. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HRBPs/HR team members.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability within the HR team.
- Build capability within the team to handle complex employee relations and business challenges.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative HR culture.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including engagement, performance management, and exits.
- Ensure seamless HR service delivery and consistent employee experience across teams.
- Drive interventions to improve retention, engagement, and productivity.
4. Performance Management & Talent Development
- Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews).
- Partner with leadership on talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification.
- Identify skill gaps and drive learning & development initiatives.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage complex employee relations issues with maturity and objectivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance teams when required.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Own and drive all HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for the business.
- Track key metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and engagement.
- Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for intervention.
- Present periodic reports and insights to senior leadership.
7. Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned to organizational culture.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee well-being, inclusion, and morale.
- Act as a culture champion and ensure alignment with organizational values.
8. Process Excellence & HR Operations
- Continuously review and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure standardization and scalability of HR practices.
- Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, etc.) for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience: 810 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–6 years in an HRBP leadership role
- Experience managing HR teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization (BPO/ITES/Healthcare RCM preferred)
