Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple clients across diverse industries.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in team management, client handling, recruitment strategy, and hiring leadership positions while ensuring timely closures and excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Develop sourcing strategies for bulk, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and recruiter productivity.
• Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement.
• Ensure recruitment process compliance and operational excellence.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
