HR and Talent Acquisition Manager

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. The role blends HR strategy, marketing, and analytics to build strong pipelines and deliver measurable hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Drafting job requisitions, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding.
• Workforce planning: Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, compensation ranges, and timelines.
• Candidate sourcing: Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, employee referrals, and industry events to reach active and passive candidates.
• Screening & assessment: Conducting structured interviews, evaluating competencies, and providing written assessments.
• Employer branding: Representing the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and online platforms.
• Recruitment analytics: Tracking time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline efficiency to improve hiring outcomes.
