Housekeeping Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations.
• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team.
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular quality inspections.
• Maintain linen and housekeeping inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments for room readiness.
• Handle guest requests and complaints.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and relocate to Coonoor.
