Housekeeping

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team at The Citi Residenci Group of Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet guest requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and security, to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
