We are looking for a proactive Housekeeping Executive to oversee housekeeping operations, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment across the facility. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, managing cleaning schedules, maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies, handling guest or employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to maintain exceptional service quality.
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Plan staff schedules, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team performance to achieve operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, offices, common areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage housekeeping inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing supply requests, and maintaining proper storage practices.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to report and follow up on repair requirements affecting housekeeping operations.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, customer service, and company policies.
- Handle guest, client, or employee concerns related to cleanliness and ensure timely resolution with high service standards.
- Maintain housekeeping documentation, operational reports, attendance records, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
