Job Title: Hostess
Reports To: Restaurant Manager F&B HOD

Qualifications and Requirements

Completed 12th grade willing to pursue graduation.
Age below 22 years.
Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with well-groomed appearance.
Ability to handle guests courteously and professionally.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior hospitality restaurant experience would be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival at the restaurant.
Manage the guest waiting list and table reservations efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus .
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth seating and service flow.
Handle guest queries and maintain high standards of guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host desk and entrance area.
Assist in managing reservations and guest feedback.
Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.
