Job Description
Position- Senior hospital Administrator + HR
Ensure Efficient operations of the hospital, legal and administrative compliance, effective talent acquisition, oversee maintenance and allocation of hospital resource.
Requirements-
- candidate should have completed Masters in Healthcare Administration
- Candidate should have minimum 10-15 years experience in Hospital administration across different sizes of hospitals
- Candidate should have Experience in medical recruitment
- Candidate should have knowledge and experience in NABH, NABL compliances
- Candidate should be dynamic, with effective communication skills
- Candidate should experience working with HR softwares
- Preference-
- Male candidate age between 35-45
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Experience with Corporate and government empanelment
- Well versed with Excel, PowerPoint, google sheets
- Lives in Central Delhi
