Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HORECA Sales Executive to drive sales and business development across the Bangalore South region. The role involves managing and expanding business with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, QSRs, Clubs, and other hospitality accounts while ensuring strong customer relationships, market penetration, and revenue growth in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HORECA Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets within the HORECA segment.
- Identify and onboard new Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, QSR chains, and institutional customers.
- Drive product placement, visibility, and consumption across assigned accounts.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate incremental business from existing customers through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
2. Key Account Management
- Manage day-to-day operations and service requirements of existing HORECA customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and business owners.
- Ensure timely order collection, fulfilment, and payment recovery.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution.
3. Distribution & Market Coverage
- Work closely with distributors to ensure adequate stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Expand market coverage by identifying untapped territories and potential HORECA outlets.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock movement, and service levels within the assigned territory.
- Ensure effective execution of sales and promotional activities.
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track daily sales performance against targets and maintain accurate sales records.
- Prepare territory-wise sales reports and provide regular market feedback.
- Maintain customer database, outlet mapping, and sales pipeline information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams for seamless business operations.
- Support implementation of promotional campaigns and new product launches within the HORECA channel.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HORECA Sales, Institutional Sales, FMCG, Beverages, Packaged Drinking Water, or related industries.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and account management within the hospitality segment.

Regional Exposure
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore South market and HORECA ecosystem.
- Existing relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, and hospitality partners will be preferred.
