Homologation Engineer

Position: Homologation Engineer Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical/Automobiles)

• Responsibilities, role, task duties of position: Manage the homologation process for 2-wheelers, including type approvals, certifications, and documentation.
• Good knowledge of AIS/ IS /ECE regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, to gather necessary data and documentation for homologation.
• Knowledge and experience of emission COP, WVSCOP and component COP.
• Collaborate with RD, Engineering, and Product Development teams to ensure product designs meet homologation requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to the product development teams in identifying and resolving homologation-related issues.
• Work closely with the team to conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to homologation standards.
• Maintain internal systems of documentation.
• Experience to work with testing agencies like ARAI,ICAT etc.
• Experience in Export homologation is added advantage.
