Home Care Nurse (GNM/BSC Nursing)

Job description

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per the prescribed care plan.
• Monitor vital signs and assess the patient's overall health condition.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care as prescribed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and mobility, when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care.
• Identify changes in the patient's condition and promptly report them to the treating physician.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety at all times.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and the healthcare team for continuity of care.

Key Requirements:

• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Good communication and clinical skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.
• Experience in homecare, ICU, or hospital settings is preferred
