Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive

Role: Business Development

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/Hospitality

Experience: 1-2 years of functional experience in Business Development/Sales

Location: Mumbai/Alibaug

Scope of the Role:

The role involves understanding and identifying supply in the subject market, connecting with new homeowners, building relationships and introducing supply opportunities for the selected region. The role is to increase supply for the company leading to a growth in the company's revenue.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• To research & analyse existing and new markets/micro-markets in terms of available and upcoming supply, competition presence and to build a pipelines of potential homes for the region.
• To develop and manage relationships with Home Owners & local brokers for a continuous pipeline of relevant villas.
• To work with the regional home acquisition team and visit the villa & carry out the home acquisition process so as to on-board the home successfully.
• To work cohesively as a team member & contribute to the target for Homes Acquired per month.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• To be target-oriented.
• Willingness and capability to be on the field to scout and generate leads.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Willingness to hustle is a must as well.
