- Plan and supervise heat treatment processes for metals and alloys.
- Ensure compliance with metallurgical specifications and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot heat treatment equipment and optimize thermal cycles.
- Maintain records of processes and quality control documentation.
- Support R&D and production teams in material performance enhancement.
- (New Construction) : B.E./B.Tech or B.S. Graduation in Mechanical Engineering + M.Tech in Pressure Equipment Design to handle the Design validation of New Construction or M.Tech in Thermal Power Plant .
