HMI Development Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HMI Development Engineer with 3 - 5 years of experience in HMI/software development. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in C/C++, hands-on experience in HMI projects, and good knowledge of HMI architecture, memory utilization, and optimization.

Role & responsibilities

Key Objectives of this Role

• Review requirement specifications and work along with requirements tea
  m to resolve issues in the specification and eventually signoff
  the specification.
• Create documentations for high level design, detailed design and test plan
  s for the software modules.
• Run static analysis on the software components, analyze and fix errors. Cl
  ockwork and MISRA standards to be followed.
• Perform root cause analysis for the issues observed and resolve issues dur
  ing development,stability, and maintenance phase of the project. Develop
  and integrate tools/scripts to automate testing.
• Run development testing and document the test reports.
• Create efficient reports with respect to software development, issues resolution and testing.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Performance Indicators

• Good Knowledge in HMI features and Memory Utilization and memory optimization.
• Strong in C and C++ programming skills.
• Working experience in HMI projects.
• Working experience in CAN Communication and Protocol
• Working experience  in graphics tools like GDT,  Altia , Kanzhi.
• HMI architecture knowledge
