HIS/EMR Lead Analyst

Role Objective:

To design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure for healthcare/hospital projects, including data centres, network systems, cybersecurity, and cloud environments, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-availability systems aligned with clinical and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Healthcare Infrastructure Planning & Design:
• Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and hospital planners to design IT infrastructure for healthcare facilities, including data centres, network cabling, and telecom systems.
• Develop Wi-Fi heat maps ensuring seamless connectivity across critical hospital areas (ICU, OT, wards, labs, etc.).
• Data Center & Network Deployment:
• Lead design and setup of hospital data centers, including server and storage acquisition, implementation, and maintenance.
• Oversee structured cabling, network architecture, and telecom line setups aligned with hospital operations.
• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure:
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) integrated with on-premise hospital systems (HIS/EMR).
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of hybrid environments.
• NOC & SOC Operations:
• Establish and manage NOC and SOC for real-time monitoring of hospital IT systems.
• Ensure high uptime, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance:
• Implement cybersecurity frameworks to protect patient data and hospital systems.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
• Work closely with hospital administration, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in IT infrastructure setup for hospitals/healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of data center design, networking, and telecom systems
• Expertise in NOC, SOC, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Exposure to hospital systems (HIS / EMR integration) preferred
• Ability to work with architects, consultants, and hospital project teams
