Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates in alignment with company policies.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in the US IT sector.
  
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
