Relationship Manager (Sales Executive)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and close sales. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada and have prior sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and outbound customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Explain products/services clearly in Kannada & English
• Generate leads through field work and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer records and update CRM
• Support end-to-end sales process (lead to closure)

Requirements:

• Kannada speaking is MANDATORY
• Prior experience in Sales / Field Sales / Customer Handling required
• Good communication skills in Kannada & basic English
• Minimum 0.6-2 years sales experience preferred
• Graduation / PUC minimum qualification
• Must be willing to work in field sales if required
• Two-wheeler preferred (for field visits)

Salary & Incentives:

• 18,000 30,000 per month (based on experience)
