About this Role

The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering transformation initiatives within VOIS, supporting the successful implementation of organisational change across a complex and evolving business environment. This position focuses on translating change strategies into practical actions, enabling adoption, maintaining stakeholder engagement, and supporting teams through periods of transition. The role combines change execution responsibilities with strong financial reporting, business performance analysis, and process improvement activities. The successful candidate will work closely with programme managers, project managers, business stakeholders, HR, communications teams, delivery teams, and change agents to drive positive business outcomes and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Change Management & Transformation

• Execute change management activities that support successful transformation programmes.
• Work with programme teams and stakeholders to implement agreed change strategies.
• Assess business impacts and support readiness activities across affected teams.
• Track and report change adoption, engagement, and feedback metrics.
• Identify and escalate change risks, challenges, and resistance.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and change communications.
• Work closely with HR and Communications teams to ensure change messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Vodafone standards.
• Support upskilling and reskilling activities for employees impacted by change initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while consistently meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage and deliver a portfolio of sixteen scheduled financial reports.
• Perform financial analysis and headcount analysis.
• Measure and track business performance.
• Support forecasting and reporting activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Act as a key support partner to the Networks Business Functions.
• Create ad hoc reports and dashboards as required by management.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Drive automation of reporting activities through Power BI.
• Develop interactive dashboards that improve efficiency, accessibility, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes.
• Integrate additional reporting requirements from Group Finance into existing reporting frameworks.
• Support reporting activities associated with the PxQ model and other evolving business requirements.

Governance & Demand Management

• Act as Demand Manager for all NVOIS centres.
• Oversee and approve FinX demands, ensuring requests are processed efficiently and aligned with business priorities.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis.
• Experience supporting organisational change initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Experience assessing team readiness and supporting behavioural change.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations.

Technical Skills

• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Word
• SharePoint
