Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loan installments and minimize defaults.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to home loans, LAPs, mortgages, DSTs, etc.
  
• Conduct regular field visits to meet customers at their homes or offices for loan disbursement purposes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
