Role & responsibilities :

1) Managing the HR activities and stakeholder management across the region

2) Talent Acquisition in the region

3) Managing BAU such as correct employee data in HRMS

4) Building reports

5) Managing attrition in the region

6) Handling employee grievances

7) Managing PMS in the region

Preferred candidate profile :

MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is mandatory

Working knowledge of excel

Well versed with different recruiting platforms

Good communication skills
