Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Node.js with NestJS and TypeScript.
Develop enterprise-grade REST APIs / microservices following modular and clean architecture principles.
Implement secure authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).
Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, SQS/SNS.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / Jenkins / AWS Code Pipeline.
Collaborate with architects, DevOps teams, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in Node.js backend development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with NestJS framework and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of Dependency Injection (DI)Microservices architecture API design and security best practices
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Cloud.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
