Role & responsibilities

1. The required candidates should ideally have prior experience in engaging with new leads/customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, and driving first level conversions.

2. Ability to overcome objections preventing customers from doing business with RS.

3. Having a practical and business focused approach with strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.

4. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.

5. Brilliant time management and decision making skills which help to multi-task and work in situations with time constraints.
