Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Staffing
• Hands-on experience hiring for Direct Clients and/or MSP clients
• Relevant domain experience is mandatory:
• Engineering Recruiter: Manufacturing / Production / Energy hiring
• IT Recruiter: BFSI hiring
• Candidates with only System Integrator (SI) experience are not suitable for these roles.
